Coaching Programme & Holistic Therapies Bookings

• As bookings are often made more than 3 months in advance, you will be required to confirm your attendance for your appointment a minimum of 7 days prior to your booking date.

• We will either contact you by text or email asking you to confirm your attendance.

• Whenever possible we try to obtain an email and mobile number to be able to contact you.

• It is therefore important to inform us of any changes to email or mobile numbers. It is important we can contact you before your appointment date.

• If you have not confirmed within 7 days of the appointment date, your appointment may be offered to someone on the cancellation list. We will notify you if we cancel your appointment on the email address or mobile number, we have for you.

• Should you need to move your appointment date/time please contact us at info@hearmecoaching.co.uk where will try to swap your booking or offer the next cancellation slot after your booking date.

• If for any reason we need to cancel your appointment, we will try and re-schedule it as close to your booking date as possible. If you would like to be added to the cancellation list, please let us know. We may be able to offer an earlier date.

• You must be 18 Years of age to book and undertake a coaching programme.

Telephone/Virtual/Email Reading Bookings

• All readings must be paid for at the time of the booking using either BACS, debit or credit card through the booking system.

• When you have registered and booked you will receive a confirmation email and a reminder ahead of your appointment. Our contact details will be on the email.

• 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is required to receive a refund or future booking. Details on how to cancel will be in your confirmation.

• For virtual or telephone readings, you must ring at the time of your appointment, contact details will be emailed when making a booking. All times are UK, it is your responsibility to phone at the correct time. If you require with your time zone conversion please contact us on info@theinnerverses.co.uk stating the location you will be calling from.

• No refunds will be given if you fail to cancel within 48 hours or to ring at your appointment time.

• To get the best value from the reading, it is recommended for you to have your questions ready and to ask for the person you wish to speak to at the beginning of the appointment.

• Readings will be recorded and either emailed or sent to your phone number only, within 48 Hours. Email readings responses will be sent to you within 7 workings days.

• You must be 18 Years of age to book and undertake a reading.
